I work nights, so it's not always easy to get out during the daylight hours; Rich and his team were always very accommodating to my schedule, and despite my odd hours, always promptly responded any questions I might have had. And when there were some paperwork problems on the Sunday before closing, Rich made sure everything was taken care of. A great job all around, would definitely recommend

We ran into some 11th hour issues with the seller's agent before closing and Rich didn't bat an eye. He took care of everything quickly and with the highest level of professionalism. He took great care of us throughout the process and we highly recommend him.
I met Rich by chance while searching for a new home on line.
He just happened to be the agent on the first listing I wanted to see. I was immediately comfortable with him. He had a great deal of knowledge about the home buying process and always shared tips and ideas to help in my search. He was extremely patient with all of my questions and my many requests to look at homes. He was supportive in my search for just the right place. He put in a lot of extra time over and above what he needed to in order to help me. After a long 4 month search, I am very happy to say that thanks to Rich and his assistant Katie, I am now a homeowner! I would (and have) recommend Rich to anyone.
